Kell Webb
Founder & Youth Mentor
Kell Webb founded Rural Hive Youth Support with a passion for empowering young people to recognise their strengths, build confidence and create positive futures.
Having grown up at Wilbetree on the outskirts of Mudgee and lived in the Mudgee region her entire life, Kell has a deep understanding of the unique opportunities and challenges faced by young people in rural and regional communities. She has been married to her husband, Andy, for 23 years, and together they have raised three children and are now proud grandparents to a gorgeous grandchild. Family and community have always been an important part of Kell’s life and have helped shape the values she brings to her work with young people.
Kell takes a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach, providing genuine and personalised support to help young people build confidence, develop life skills, overcome challenges and work towards their individual goals.
With an Advanced Diploma in Youth Work, Working with Children Check, National Police Check, Mental Health First Aid certification, First Aid & CPR qualifications, and full insurance, Kell is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment.
At the heart of Rural Hive is Kell’s belief that every young person deserves to feel heard, valued and supported, with someone in their corner who believes in them and what they’re capable of.

Travel within a 5 km radius of the Mudgee CBD is included in our standard pricing. Travel beyond this area will incur an additional fee of $1.00 per kilometre.
Whilst we can provide support, guidance and mentoring to young people experiencing new or ongoing mental health challenges, our mentoring services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological or psychiatric care. We do not diagnose, assess or treat mental health conditions. Where additional or specialist support is needed, we will do our best to refer young people and their families to the most appropriate services and healthcare professionals.

Welcome to the Hive Meet & Greet - Complimentary
A complimentary 30-45 Minute meet & Greet session. We'll spend time getting to know each other, discussing goals and completing the welcome paperwork together if you decide to proceed.
